AI Implementation & Governance
I bridge the gap between AI capability and organisational reality—particularly in environments where "move fast and break things" isn't an option.
About
I'm an AI implementation specialist with a background that spans government operations, HR systems, and emerging technology. Currently at CASA (Civil Aviation Safety Authority), I work at the intersection of strategic workforce planning and digital transformation.
My unusual combination—psychology degree, AHRI certification, deep HRIS expertise (SAP, Aurion), and hands-on technical skills in Python and data analytics—means I understand both the human and technical sides of AI adoption.
I'm particularly focused on what I call "evidence-grade AI"—systems that don't just work, but can demonstrate they work in ways that satisfy auditors, regulators, and sceptical executives.
Selected Work
Led the design and implementation of a workforce analytics framework to predict capability gaps in a safety-critical regulatory environment. [Add: outcomes, scale, methods used]
Developing a framework for AI workflows in regulated environments—focused on auditability, explainability, and compliance by design. [Add: problem statement, differentiation, current status]
Designed and implemented changes to retirement transition programs with executive stakeholder management. [Add: scope, impact, change management approach]
Consider adding: a Python automation project, a data analysis piece, or an AI prototype. Something that shows you can build, not just strategise.
Expertise
Experience in aviation safety regulation means I understand what "high stakes" actually looks like.
Psychology background + HR expertise means I design for how people actually behave, not how we wish they would.
Not just strategy decks—I can build prototypes, analyse data, and ship working solutions.

I'm exploring opportunities in AI implementation, governance, and strategy. If you're building something interesting in regulated industries, I'd love to hear about it.
