AI Implementation & Governance

Helping regulated organisations implement AI that is evidence-grade, auditable, and actually works.

I bridge the gap between AI capability and organisational reality—particularly in environments where "move fast and break things" isn't an option.

Building the bridge between AI promise and organisational reality

I'm an AI implementation specialist with a background that spans government operations, HR systems, and emerging technology. Currently at CASA (Civil Aviation Safety Authority), I work at the intersection of strategic workforce planning and digital transformation.

My unusual combination—psychology degree, AHRI certification, deep HRIS expertise (SAP, Aurion), and hands-on technical skills in Python and data analytics—means I understand both the human and technical sides of AI adoption.

I'm particularly focused on what I call "evidence-grade AI"—systems that don't just work, but can demonstrate they work in ways that satisfy auditors, regulators, and sceptical executives.

What I bring to AI implementation

Regulated Environments

Experience in aviation safety regulation means I understand what "high stakes" actually looks like.

  • Compliance-first design
  • Audit trail architecture
  • Risk-based decision frameworks
  • Stakeholder governance

Human Systems

Psychology background + HR expertise means I design for how people actually behave, not how we wish they would.

  • Change management
  • Workforce analytics
  • Process redesign
  • Capability development

Technical Execution

Not just strategy decks—I can build prototypes, analyse data, and ship working solutions.

  • Python & data analysis
  • HRIS platforms (SAP, Aurion)
  • AI/ML implementation
  • Systems integration

Let's talk

I'm exploring opportunities in AI implementation, governance, and strategy. If you're building something interesting in regulated industries, I'd love to hear about it.
